E-Taxation (online tax cases journal)
This daily E-service (Monday to Friday) is aimed at keeping our valued readers/ subscribers informed about tax cases certified for reporting or otherwise, released by various courts and tribunals. Every month, Taxation, one of our prime publications, is available online containing cases certified to be reported. Digital version of Taxation for any month is available at https://aacp.com.pk. Print version of Taxation is sent to subscribers through courier. The E-Taxation Journal will also be available online every month containing cases not certified for reporting. Publication of judgements and assigning citations unauthorisedly is punishable under Law Reports Act, 1875 (see amended up to date version https://aacp.com.pk/boucher-details/lawreports-act-1875-3).
